A mortgage of £180,000.00 payable over 15 years initially on a discounted variable rate for 3 years currently at 2.39% and then on our variable Managed Mortgage Rate, currently 4.79% would require 35 monthly payments of £358.50 and 145 monthly payments of £718.42 plus one initial interest payment of £354.31.

The total amount payable would be £297,946.71 made up of the loan amount plus interest of £117,072.71, an Application Fee of £175, a Product Fee of £599 and a Mortgage Exit Fee of £100.
