Open a savings account online
You're applying to open a savings account.
Please note: Due to improved security, you must have a unique email address for your Online Service account. If you currently share an email address with another customer, a different email address will need to be used to register or transfer each Online Service account on our upgraded system.
I'm a new customer
It only takes a few minutes to apply for a new savings account and register for our Online Service.
Please have your National Insurance number to hand.
If you already have an account with National Counties please use one of the existing customer links as Family Building Society is part of National Counties.
I'm an existing customer
If you are registered and already have access to our Online Service.
If you currently don't access your accounts online you will need to register for our Online Service before opening a new savings account.
