Important changes to our mortgage products - Find out more.

Mortgage customers - Due to significant increases in in the cost of funding fixed rate mortgages, we are temporarily withdrawing all of our fixed rate mortgage products for purchase and remortgage applications, effective from today, 10 March 2026. Our range of discounted variable rate mortgage products remains unchanged.
Where applicable, our fixed rate mortgage products remain available for product switch and further advance applications, if they were available for these purposes prior to this change.
We plan to introduce a new range of fixed rate mortgage products for purchase and remortgage applications as soon as possible.

We'll only use these details to contact you if you win, and they will not be stored for any other use.

If you do not wish to enter the prize draw you can simply close this webpage.

Prize draw terms and conditions

1. The closing date is Monday 28 April 2025 at 5pm.
2. Only one entry per person.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Prize draws and competitions are only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
5. Employees of Family Building Society and their families are ineligible to enter.
6. The prize draw is £250 which can be paid by transfer to your bank account or by cheque.
7. The winner will be drawn randomly using a secure computer-based program under independent supervision. The judge will oversee the draw and the judge's decision is final.
8. Our website will be updated to confirm the draw has taken place no later than Monday 5 May 2025. We will not publish the winner’s name to maintain their anonymity.

In these terms and conditions "we", "us" and "our" refer to Family Building Society. By entering this prize draw entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
