What's changed?
Simplified login, so you’ll now be able to log in by using your email address as your User ID
We’ve introduced two-factor authentication each time you log in
To confirm it's you, each time you log in you’ll receive a One Time-Passcode to your mobile phone as a text message or as a voice message to your landline. This passcode provides an extra layer of security to your online account and helps prevent unauthorised access and financial fraud.
Designed for all screen sizes, so now even easier to use on a mobile or tablet
View, save and print your annual ISA, savings accounts and mortgage statement(s) online
Set up a savings goal for your savings account (if your account allows)
