Secure document upload
Upload and securely send us the documents that have been requested.
If you are sending us proof of ID for savings and mortgage applications please ensure these documents are correctly certified (if required) otherwise we will be unable to accept them, which may delay your account opening. Check how to correctly certify your documents.
Savings applications
For savings applications we can accept proof of ID uploaded here. When you have your documents ready and they’ve been certified (if required), you can upload them either by simply taking a photo of them using a mobile device, or by selecting the file from your computer.
Your document must:
- Show your face (for photo ID) and details clearly
- Have the same name as appears on your application
- Be current (NOT out of date)
- Show all four corners of the documents.
It must also be:
- In colour
- Unaltered by computer software
- Not more than 10MB
- A jpg, pdf or png file.
Mortgage applications
For mortgage applications, we can only accept uploaded proof of ID that has been appropriately certified.
