Our new Epsom branch

We look forward to welcoming you from 26 October.

We're pleased to confirm that on 26 October 2026, our Epsom branch will be relocating from Ashley Square to our Head Office at:

Ebbisham House, 30 Church Street, Epsom, Surrey KT17 4NL.

You can continue to use our current branch in Ashley Square until 4.30pm on Friday 23 October. 

Getting to our new location

Our new location is just a 12-minute walk from our current branch and is easy to reach by foot or car. We've created a map and directions guide for walking routes, parking information and everything you need to find your way to our new Epsom branch.

Our opening hours will remain the same; Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm, excluding Bank Holidays.

The same personal service with the people you trust 

We know how important it is to be able to visit your local branch and speak to familiar faces. While our location is changing, the people you know and trust will still be there to welcome you, and you'll continue to receive the same friendly, personal service you've always enjoyed.

There will be no changes to your accounts, products or services and you can continue to access and manage your accounts in exactly the same way as you do today.

Accessibility

We're committed to ensuring our new branch remains welcoming to all customers, with step-free access and an accessible route from the car park via a short walkway. If you require any additional assistance when visiting the branch, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

Location and travel

No. Our Epsom branch is relocating to our main head office in Epsom and will continue to provide the same face-to-face services.
The branch will relocate to Ebbisham House, 30 Church Street, Epsom. KT17 4NL.
Yes. There will be two designated parking spaces for customers visiting branch at the our location.
The new location is approximately a 12-minute walk or 3-minute drive from the current branch.

Services and accounts

No. There are no changes to any accounts, products, terms or conditions as a result of the move.
No. The same branch services will continue to be available.
Yes. All existing branch services will remain available at the new location.
No. Face-to-face services will continue to be available, and customers are not required to move to our Online Service.

Staff and service

Yes. The same friendly branch team who currently support customers at Ashley Square will continue to welcome and help you at our new location.
No. Our opening hours will remain unchanged.
No. We do not expect any disruption to our services or any temporary closures whilst the branch is relocated, allowing you to continue accessing our services as normal.

Accessibility

Yes. Our new branch will offer accessible facilities, including wheelchair access. If you require any additional assistance when visiting the branch, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

Support and reasurrance

The relocation will bring customer-facing teams together in one location while allowing us to continue providing a full branch service in Epsom.
