During the life of your mortgage with Family Building Society there are some charges which may be incurred. So that none of these catch you by surprise, we have compiled the following list.

This list does not include standard initial charges associated with a mortgage (e.g. completion fees and/or early repayment charges) - these will be outlined in the specific product literature. You can also view our application fee scale here. Should an instance arise with a charge which is not included in this list, you will be advised in advance.

If we make any changes to our mortgage charges, we will let you know as part of your annual mortgage statement mailing.
