Deposits and withdrawals by bank transfer - processing times
If you need to make any deposits or withdrawals over the Christmas period, here's a helpful summary of dates and our processing times
Adding money to your account

Payments can continue to be made throughout the Christmas / New Year period, up until 6pm on 31 December.

Wednesday 24 December
| Head office: Open 9am - 12pm
| Our cut off time for crediting any payments before closing for Christmas will be at 12pm. Any payments received after midday on 24 December will not appear on your account(s) until late morning on 29 December. |
Thursday 25 December (Christmas Day) - Sunday 28 December | Head office: Closed
| All payments received during this period will not be processed until the morning of 29 December. |
Monday 29 December
| Head office: Open 9am – 5pm
| Any payments received after 4pm will be processed on the morning of 30 December.

Tuesday 30 December
| Head office: Open 9am - 5pm
| Any payments received after 4pm will be processed on the morning of 31 December.

Making withdrawals from accounts
If you request a withdrawal before the cut-off times noted in bold for each date below, then we will process the payment on that date. Funds will reach your account(s) no later than the end of the following working day.
Wednesday 24 December 9:30am | Withdrawal requests need to be received by 9:30am. Any withdrawal requests received after this time will not be processed until the afternoon of 29 December. |
Midday 24 December | Our offices are closed - All withdrawal requests received during this time will be processed on 29 December. |
Monday 29 December 2:30pm | Withdrawal requests need to be received by 2:30pm. Any withdrawal requests received after this time will not be processed until 30 December. |
Tuesday 30 December 2:30pm | Withdrawal requests need to be received by 2:30pm. Any withdrawal requests received after this time will not be processed until 31 December.
