Mortgage customers - Your mortgage statements are now available on our Online Service. Printed copies of your mortgage statements have been sent to you by post and should arrive by Friday 30 January.

We’re pleased to let you know that your mortgage statements are now available to view on our Online Service. To view these log in to the Online Service, select ‘View account’ and then within the ‘Mortgage account summary’ page, click on ‘Statements’.
Savings customers - interest rates on many of our variable rate savings products will be decreasing from 29 January. We have emailed or written to you to let you know of how these interest rate decreases affect you. See our variable savings rate changes
The Bank of England Base Rate decreased by 0.25% to 3.75% on 18 December 2025. Read more about our rate changes

Savings: Interest rates for Windfall Bond will decrease by 0.25% from 1 January 2026. We will write to all customers individually to confirm the new rates.
Mortgages: Tracker mortgages will change on 25 January 2026 and we will write to customers individually with revised payment details where the new rate exceeds the minimum rate (or ‘floor’) already applying to their mortgage.

If you have a Buy to Let mortgage(s) with us and have recently changed your address, please complete our Change of Address form and return it to us in the post.

Direct Debit Mandate form

If you are changing the bank or building society account from which you pay your mortgage you can give us your new bank details using this Direct Debit Mandate form (please note that we will need 5 working days following receipt to change the details).
