3rd Line Service Desk Technician

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced 3rd Line Service Desk Technician to join our IT team.

Reporting to the Head of Service Desk & Cyber Security you will provide IT support to end users. As well as providing expert support and resolution on complex incidents and processes related to IT & Security.
