How our Windfall Bond winners are notified
As a result of changes to the prize draw structure (since October 2024), which now includes more prizes and winners, we will no longer post a list of winners on our website after each draw.
Instead winners will be notified directly within 10 working days of the draw.
- Prize Level A and B winners will be contacted by phone
- Prize Level C, D and E winners will be contacted by email. If we are unable to reach you by email or don't have an email address on file, we will notify you by letter.
