  • Following the Bank of England’s decision to raise the Bank Rate by 0.15% to 0.25% in December 2021, Windfall Bond and Tracker Savings Bond rates increased by 0.15% from 1 January 2022. Expat Buy to Let mortgages for additional borrowing

The mortgage will be secured on your property.
Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

All of these mortgage products have limited funds available and may be withdrawn at any time. We offer Buy to Let expat mortgages for properties located in England or Wales. We're able to lend to UK Nationals aged over 18 who are working abroad, and whose families are remaining in the UK subject to certain conditions. 

Our expat mortgages are only available on an Interest-Only basis.
