We offer expat Buy to Let mortgages for properties located in England or Wales. We're able to lend to UK Nationals aged over 18 who are working abroad, and whose families are remaining in the UK subject to certain conditions.
Expat mortgages
are available on an Interest-Only basis. Our Expat Limited Company range is available for Interest-Only and Repayment.
