Expat Owner Occupier mortgages for product switch

See our current range of expat Owner Occupier mortgage products available for product switch for existing borrowers.

All of these mortgage products have limited funds available and may be withdrawn at any time. We offer Owner Occupier expat mortgages for properties located in England or Wales. We're able to lend to UK Nationals aged over 18 who are working abroad, and whose families are remaining in the UK subject to certain conditions.

Our expat mortgages are only available on an Interest-Only basis.

  • Valuation Fees - Free for properties up to £500,000. For properties above £500,000 the standard valuation fee scale applies, less £330 discount.
  • ~Product Fee - £999 for loans up to £500,000. For loans above £500,000 0.3% of the loan amount.
  • Additional benefits:
    - ^Cashback - £500 on completion for remortgage applications
