    On 19 September 2024, we reduced our Managed Mortgage Rates (MMR) by 0.25%. All on-sale discounted variable product rates and other details, including representative examples displayed on our website, have been updated to reflect these lower rates. Service Desk Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Manager to join our IT team.

Reporting to the Director of IT, you will manage and develop the Family Building Society Service Desk team and own responsibility for all internal IT services, systems processes and applications.

The salary offered will be dependent on skills, qualifications and experience.
